When you call the Box Office to make reservations, you must pay for your tickets with a credit or debit card.

Sorry, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges can be made for a small fee if seating is available. Exchanges must be arranged at least three hours before the performance you were going to attend. Please be certain of the number of people in your party and date of the performance you’d like to attend before you make your reservations. If you are using a discount program (WNC Insider), coupon, gift certificate, or voucher, you must let us know at the time of reservation.
